In 2014, a near-fatal car accident changed the course of my life.
My recovery lasted three years and extended far beyond physical healing. It challenged how I viewed myself, others and the world around me.
During that time, I began noticing the patterns, assumptions and reactions that quietly shape our lives. I became curious about how often we see ourselves and others through the lens of old labels, stories and conditioning.
It sparked a much deeper interest in self-awareness, emotional intelligence and human behaviour – an interest that continues to shape how I work today.
The understanding I gained through my recovery changed the course of my life.
You don’t need to experience a major life event to benefit from greater self-awareness and understanding.
I will meet you where you are. Right now. Not where you think you should be by now. Or where society thinks you should be.

My role isn’t to tell people who they should become.
It’s to help them better understand who they already are.
My approach is warm, practical and curious. I ask questions, listen deeply and create space for people to think about themselves differently.
