I used to think I was doing okay! 39 yo in a decent job, married for 13 years with two small kids in a comfortable three-bedroom house in the suburbs. I had two credit cards; one store card was maxed out at $15.5K and a $300K mortgage (that I’d re-financed twice). I was just treading water and living pay to pay. I thought this was normal and a lot of my friends were in similar positions.
Then I started 1:1 coaching with Alice Bacon and together we looked at my ‘WHOLE’ life situation. By the second session, I was in tears as I realised I was just floundering and holding on to so much emotional baggage that it was just weighing me down and getting me nowhere! It was all in my mind! I was living aimlessly and realised that I was not going to reach any of the perceived goals I’d set myself. My relationships and my emotional wellbeing were suffering. I had no plan. My relationships with my family and friends is so much more engaged and enriching. I am no longer tired (or tied down). I am happier and smile all the time!!!

Alice has changed my whole life. Even down to how I parent. I have not even met her in person YET but she had already changed me in ways I did not see possible. The knowledge Alice has is mind blowing. My whole life I’ve spent hating myself, feeling I am not worthy of love or kindness, feeling like I am not enough. I was told I had BPD (borderline personality disorder) from many doctors etc. Ever since I spoke to Alice about this, I have not had ONE moment that I have felt that way. Having undertaken a course with Alice, I am much more aware of how ego is central to my personal history and that the components of my ego - thoughts, emotions and memories with which I identify, create "my story" and shape my past.
